Purpose of the Application: This application provides users the ability to book priests for events, make astrology enquiries, and purchase related products via e- commerce , catering ,photography etc.
Agreement: By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app immediately.
User Account and Responsibilities
Account Creation: Users must register to use the services. Accurate, up-to-date information must be provided during registration.
User Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information (username and password). Any activity under the account is the user’s responsibility.
Eligibility: Users must be over the age of 18 to use the platform .
Service Booking (Priest Booking, Astrology Enquiries, Catering , photograghy ,etc)
Booking Process: Priests can be booked for events such as religious ceremonies, pujas, marriage etc. Users can also enquire about astrology service, photography, and catering etc.
Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed after receipt of payment. Upon confirmation, you will receive an email/SMS with event or service details.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours before the event for a refund.(1.If you are paid 50% of amount you get 10% is back, other wise you won’t get any refund.
If you are paid full amount you get 50% refund ) This is applicable for valid reason.
Cancellations after 72 hours or no-shows may result in no refund.
Modifications: Users can request modifications to booking details but changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.
E-Commerce and Purchases
Product Listings: The platform may offer religious or spiritual products for sale.
Payment: Payments must be made through authorized payment gateways. Prices are listed in the local currency and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping & Delivery: Delivery timeframes are provided for guidance, and the company is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Returns & Refunds:
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or damaged.(only for metallic items , and the video to taken at the time of delivery must and should be attached in the time of selecting the return option).
The user is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Payment Methods: Users can pay various available gateways (credit cards, net banking, UPI, etc.).
